1. Scope of Services

Aethelgard operates a digital concierge platform generating bespoke "Instant Concept & Quotes" based on user preferences. We specialize in routing, 5-Star Superior property recommendations, and private transit conceptualization.

2. Qualification & Budget Constraints

Our bespoke brokerage services require a minimum land-arrangement budget of CHF 5,000. Dossiers falling below this threshold will be graciously directed toward independent travel solutions, such as the Swiss Travel Pass. Dossier processing requires explicit confirmation that independent bookings have not yet been finalized.

3. Limitation of Liability (Brokerage Framework)

Crucial Legal Distinction: Aethelgard Swiss Concierge acts strictly as an independent digital concierge and referral broker under Article 412 of the Swiss Code of Obligations (CO).

We are not a licensed tour operator, travel agency, or direct service provider. We broker your finalized dossier to vetted, registered Swiss Destination Management Companies (DMCs). All final bookings, payments, and logistical executions are contracted directly between you and the assigned DMC. Aethelgard assumes zero liability for flight delays, property logistics, transit cancellations, or any damages incurred during the execution of the itinerary by third-party providers.

4. Intellectual Property

All curated concepts, routing logistics, and exclusive experience designs generated by our platform remain the intellectual property of Aethelgard Swiss Concierge GmbH until formally transferred and booked through an authorized DMC partner.
