When utilizing our digital AI concierge interface, we collect and process travel preferences, budget estimations, and geographic routing interests. This processing is strictly limited to generating bespoke "Instant Concept & Quote" itineraries. Dialogues are temporarily processed to refine routing logistics but are anonymized prior to any model reinforcement.
2. Encrypted Handoff to Swiss DMCs
To fulfill your travel requests, your submitted dossier (including contact details and budget) is securely brokered to our verified, high-end Swiss Destination Management Company (DMC) partners (e.g., ET SWISS, Magic Switzerland). This handoff utilizes 256-bit AES encryption. Our partners are equally bound by Swiss FADP constraints and process your data solely for final itinerary execution and booking.
3. Cross-Border Data Transfer (Google Cloud/Firebase)
Aethelgard utilizes enterprise-grade Google Cloud Run and Firebase architectures for secure backend operations. While our primary data nodes are located within the European Economic Area (EEA) and Switzerland, minimal infrastructure routing may occur globally. Google Cloud adheres rigorously to the Swiss-US Data Privacy Framework and GDPR Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs), ensuring your data remains legally protected at all times.
4. Your Rights Under FADP
